Job Details:

SUMMARY: The position will be primarily responsible for development and support activities for all new value added pork items to include the Tyson and Private Label Seasoned Marinated and Value Added product lines. Responsibilities include: providing pricing communication and resources to the Field Sales Teams to enable volume growth of TFM value added pork; facilitate customer development activities and assist in building strong relationships with Grow customers; manage communication with Packaging Labeling teams to include FMPR approval request forms retail label request forms; labeling packaging supplier interactions. Other responsibilities include: manage communication with Accounting Team to include cost-to-produce analysis pricing model reviews and FMPR approval expediting; manage communication with Production Scheduling and FSQA Teams including new product specification correlation packaging and labeling collaboration product fabrication methods yield test design; schedule planning and production capabilities; sample product coordination includes managing fresh and value added pork product samples to the plants Tyson Discovery Center FSC s and customers; routine product profiling includes cutting cooking tests and standard yield cutting test projects; Service Center Sales Team communication and support to assist interpreting new product specifications providing new sell sheets coordinating resources for food show schedules and developing new product PowerPoint presentations for customer appointments. Additional duties include resourcing information needed for Private Label product development coordinating customer visits for pork plants; completing product photography for sales literature and monitoring value added frozen product inventories. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor s degree required. Experience: Product experience preferred. Computer Skills: Strong computer skills in Microsoft applications Word Excel PowerPoint . Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Supervisory: NA Travel: As needed.
