About the Role: The Revenue Cycle Training Specialist is responsible for training and educating revenue cycle associates on all aspects of the revenue cycle process. This includes areas like registration, billing, collections and coding, making sure staff understand best practices and processes. They develop and deliver training materials, assess training effectiveness and provide ongoing support to optimize revenue cycle performance. Key Responsibilities: Create educational materials for training, development and delivery. Assess training effectiveness and evaluate impact of training programs, adjusting as needed. Provide revenue cycle operations support.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred Experience: 3 plus years of proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design and training facilitation. Prefer 3 to 5 years of experience in a professional fee medical billing revenue cycle environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Familiarity with project management principles and practices. Proficient knowledge of healthcare EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). Must be able to travel to various LifeBridge Health locations.
