Responsibilities Manage the daily, weekly and monthly activities of the Revenue Cycle Account Receivable Coordinators related to the billing, collections and first stage claims denial processingAccomplishes department objectives by supervising staff; organizing and monitoring work processSupports financial planning by understanding cash strategies and expectationsUpdates receivables by coordinating and monitoring daily billings, claims processing and denials and unapplied cash clearing. processing and bank remittance transactionsMaintains financial security by adhering to internal accounting controlsProtects organization's value by keeping information confidentialAccomplishes Revenue Cycle and organization mission by completing related results as neededReviews escalated accounts customers referred by Account Receivable Coordinators; investigating circumstances of non-payment; negotiating and resolving conflicts; expediting paymentOther responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Supervision, Staffing, Financial Software, Forecasting, Statements of Financial Accounting Standards Rules, Confidentiality, Managing Processes, Developing Budgets, Accounting, Thoroughness

Education:
