Our Kforce client, a respected nonprofit organization, is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and optimize its billing and revenue operations in the Saint Louis, MO area. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in accounting, billing, and team management-especially within service-based or healthcare environments. This position is scheduled as hybrid with flexibility. Duties: * Oversee daily revenue cycle operations including eligibility verification, billing, collections, and denial management * Manage accounts receivable health and monthly revenue reporting * Supervise and develop revenue cycle staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations * Analyze workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance * Collaborate with accounting and service teams to ensure accurate records and customer support * Utilize EHR and accounting systems to manage billing and reporting functions
