Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-driven Revenue Analyst to join our Commercial team at Minor Hotels’ Brisbane Head Office. Reporting to the Regional Revenue Manager, this role is central to maximising hotel performance across Australia and New Zealand by optimising occupancy, rates, and overall revenue strategies.

What you’ll do

Assist the Regional Revenue Manager in implementing effective revenue management strategies across multiple properties.Analyse data across distribution channels, providing insights and recommendations to maximise top-line revenue.Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to inform pricing and strategy.Deliver reporting and analysis for daily revenue calls and commercial meetings.Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-stay/group pricing decisions.Manage and optimise revenue systems, including iDeaS Pricing and channel managers.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CRO, and Distribution teams to align business objectives.

QualificationsDiploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).At least 18 months’ experience as a Data Analyst, Revenue Analyst, or similar.Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Excel with excellent attention to detail and time management.Experience with revenue management systems and channel managers (desirable).
