Description Job Summary: The Revenue Integrity Analyst supports the financial health of healthcare organizations by managing charge master accuracy, charge capture, reconciliation, and regulatory updates. This role conducts root cause analysis, identifies revenue opportunities, and recommends process improvements to ensure accurate and compliant billing practices. Key Responsibilities: + Analyze and maintain the Charge Description Master (CDM) and implement CPT/HCPCS updates. + Evaluate and improve charge capture processes; perform root cause analysis on charge and denial issues. + Lead charge reconciliation and collaborate with clinical and operational teams to resolve billing discrepancies. + Develop and deliver education materials related to charge practices and coding changes. + Support revenue cycle initiatives and system conversions through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration. + Identify trends in billing errors and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance. + Conduct periodic client rounding to review charge-related processes and address questions. Requirements Qualifications: + 3–5 years of experience in revenue integrity, coding, or charge auditing. + Strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS coding, revenue cycle workflows, and healthcare regulations. + Proficiency in Epic, Excel, and SQL queries. + Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
