Job Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance web applications using React.js, JavaScript, Redux, Node.js, HTML, and CSS. Work on front-end development using modern UI frameworks and tools. Ensure responsive design and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Implement best practices for UI development, ensuring code quality and maintainability. Work with asynchronous service-to-service communication for modern web architectures. Participate in Agile development processes and leverage DevOps tools like GIT and Jenkins. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed. Work closely with onshore counterparts with reasonable overlap time.

Must-Have Qualifications:

7+ years of hands-on UI engineering experience in web development. 6+ years of recent experience working with React.js frameworks. Strong experience with JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, CSS. Exposure to common front-end development tools and modern web architectures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly motivated, performance-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience working on highly scalable, available, and fault-tolerant systems. Hands-on experience with AWS for application deployment and maintenance. Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
