Should be able to clearly describe end-to-end Insurance business processes and key integration points. Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements. Contribute to asset creations. **Responsibilities** Required Experience & Responsibilities Business Analyst 5 or more years Participate in requirements gathering sessions meetings and presentations Understand the SDLC with experience in Agile delivery methodologies Understand project lifecycle activities for requirements implementation and maintenance Understanding of one or more estimation methodologies Quality processes Strong knowledge in P&C insurance domain to understand the business requirements Participate daily stand-up meetings for BA or QA if team size requires. Work with other business analysts to help gather or document requirements or issues Works with developers to help them in understanding issues Documents enhancements contributes to estimates Works with QA to ensure they understand issues Help to peer review test cases and or results Work with the Customer to answer questions as customer tests Constant interaction with PM or AM about project progress What you will bring Analytical abilities Business skills Excellent communication skills Experience doing requirements elicitation drafting requirement artifacts meeting with business stakeholders to define project goals Experience using JIRA ADO or other tools to support customer implementations Agile processes experience with Story Card creation and reviews Working knowledge and use of Microsoft products Word PowerPoint Visio Excel Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
