Returns Quality Inspector - 1st Shift - $23.05/hr
Work Flexibility: Onsite

1st Shift: Mon – Fri 8:00AM - 5:00PM

What you will do:

As a Returns Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for supporting quality control and assurance operations by reviewing product packaging, assessing returned instruments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. This role involves collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams in setup and calibration tasks, conducting rework, and executing quality assurance procedures related to production or operations.

Perform formal reviews of product packaging and labeling to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standardsReview instrument returns and assess product and packaging qualityInspect repacked or relabeled products for accuracy and integrityInterpret engineering drawings or guidance documents to assess finished goodsUtilize SAP and other ERP systems for data entry and workflow tasksCollaborate with operations teammates and instrument counterpartsFollow structured, procedure-driven processes in daily workCommunicate findings clearly in both written and verbal formatsPrepare documentation and reports based on quality procedures and policies

What you need:

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control roleExperience interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentationFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for data entry and workflow tracking

Preferred Qualifications:

Formal technical training or education in Quality Control or a related fieldExperience in the medical device or other regulated industriesPrevious involvement with product packaging development or quality assessmentsUnderstanding of quality disciplines and regulatory compliance standards
