Returns Quality Associate 

Rincon, GA

Serena & Lily is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Returns Quality Associate to join our operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing customer returned goods and ensuring they meet Serena & Lily’s high standards before returning them to inventory. You will inspect, clean, repack, restore, rework, and sort products in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive and process returned merchandise efficientlyInspect products for defects or damage and determine eligibility for reworkRepackage, clean, and restore products to meet brand quality standardsSort and categorize returned goods for inventory, rework, or disposalConduct quality checks and document audit resultsUse basic hand tools and cleaning equipment safely and effectivelyCollaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality goalsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all Serena & Lily safety policies and warehouse protocols

 

QUALFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse, returns, reverse logistics or quality assurance experience is a plusAbility to use basic tools such as box cutters, screwdrivers, and handheld equipmentStrong attention to detail with a commitment to qualityDependable, self-motivated, and team-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) as needed.Capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions involved in repair tasks.
