The company’s shares are listed in the United States on NASDAQ under the symbol XRAY. **Returns / IVC Employee** **28 - 40 hours** **You will be responsible for approximately 50% IVC tasks and 50% Returns tasks on a daily basis. However, the primary focus will be on Returns, with IVC tasks potentially being a temporary component of the long-term role.** **Overall responsibilities:** + Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations + Nurture positive relationships with all operations and back-up where needed, work daily with the operational Supervisors and Coordinators. **Key Responsibilities Returns:** + Transfer of products into active stock + Dangerous Goods knowledge + Receive and perform a quality check of incoming goods + Inbound and booking of goods into WMS on the ISO 13485 standard + Execution of checks (Quantity differences, damages) based on QA guidelines + Review / create and update work procedures + Responsible of the segregation for the non-conform products (quarantine) + Daily scrap handling and return handling + Review and handling Product NC and non-product NC. + MDR inspection activities + Communicate and cooperate with DS SBU regarding product non-conformities + Communicate and cooperate with Country Commercial Organizations regarding Returns handling and service complaints **Key responsibilities IVC:** + Performing cycle counts + Housekeeping + Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines + Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock **Job requirements:** + Proven working experience as a warehouse worker + Being able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects + Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems (MS office) + Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods + Good organizational and time management skills + English fluent spoken and written + Team oriented attitude and active communicator + Proficiency in data analytics/ financial transaction and WMS systems + Ability to organize and work as a team on the daily tasks Dentsply Sirona is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action employer.
