AS A RETURNS ASSOCIATE, YOU WILL:
Processing customer returns in accordance with standard operating procedures Repack orders when necessary Perform vital housekeeping duties to maintain clean work environment. Maintain safe actions in compliance with all safety rules/regulations required by Emerson, federal, state, and local provisions. Meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements. Assist and train new hires. Other duties as assigned.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
High School diploma or equivalent experience 2+ years of warehouse experience Working knowledge of a computer and working with warehouse software Detailed oriented with ability to follow specific instructions Ability to read and follow processes and policies Problem solving and analytical skills Lift max of 35 lbs; tools available to assist with lifting and moving heavier items Able to stand for up to 8 hours per dayPREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
