Job Description
The RMA Manager oversees and coordinates the full lifecycle of material returns and service part requests, ensuring timely support to Field Service and Production teams. This role manages returned equipment, sources replacements, communicates with stakeholders, and drives process improvements in the RMA workflow. Let it be noted, this is not a direct supervisory role.

Skills and Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 3 years of RMA experience, preferably within a Field Service or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Application, ERP platforms, and other IT tools as trained or required.
Must obtain and maintain a valid forklift license in accordance with company safety protocols. BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
Experience with business analytics software such as Tableau null
