Return Center AssociateM-F 1st Shift

The Belk Return Center Specialists are cross trained to be responsible for the Return, Problem Resolution, Cubiscan/VAS, and Auditing of Customer Returns. Also being able to perform all others functions within the RC as needed. The receiving/put-away, picking/pulling, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and slotting of merchandise in a Return Center

PROBLEM RESOLUTION

* The role of the Problem Resolution associate is to conduct investigations into inventory discrepancies and resolve product issues that may arise within the fulfillment center.

* Identify, write-up, and correct inventory discrepancies within the fulfillment center

* Requires good abilities and attitude to solve problems and maintain customer service standards.

* Ability to plan and prioritize, problem solve and multi-task as necessary to meet customer demand in a fast- paced environment

CUBISCAN

* Aid in identifying new items height, weight, width, length, and volume to determine the best location to store the item, in a location, within the Fulfillment Center

* Must be able to determine product put away type including VAS attributes

* Familiar with location size and types available

* Ability to decide of cubiscan’s immediate requirements

* Must be detail oriented

AUDITORS

* Verifies customer order

* Packs merchandise accordingly

* Creates required paperwork/packing slips

* Creates proper shipping label per order

* Places completed packed goods on shipping conveyor

* Keep work areas clean, perform good housekeeping

RETURNS

* Inspect returns from customers

* Process customer credits

* Prep items that can be resold for putaway

SLOTTING

* Facilitate movement of items from one bin location to another both physically and systematically

* RF Scanner & Problem Resolution Proficient

* Responsible for clearing targeted areas each shift and reporting out results
