Shape the UK’s Green Skills Transition We are looking for a Retrofit Consultant to lead advanced training and provide high-level advisory input across our retrofit programmes. This flexible, part-time role is perfect for someone active in the sector—whether you’re a Retrofit Coordinator, Assessor, or Designer—who wants to support the next generation of professionals while influencing the national retrofit training landscape. What you’ll be doing + Leading or co-delivering advanced PAS 2035-aligned training for professionals + Acting as a subject matter expert on retrofit standards, roles, and best practice + Advising on course design, CPD content, and compliance with PAS 2035, TrustMark, and industry guidance + Supporting internal CPD and mentoring for trainers delivering higher-level content + Contributing to project-specific consultancy with housing associations, local authorities, and contractors + Engaging with awarding bodies and accreditation partners to ensure content quality and relevance What you’ll bring + In-depth experience in domestic retrofit, ideally in PAS 2035 roles (Coordinator, Assessor, Designer) + Strong knowledge of retrofit standards and the wider policy and delivery landscape + Experience delivering training, mentoring, or technical guidance + Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a range of audiences + Confidence working independently and contributing at a senior level Why join us? + Play a senior role in a mission-driven, values-led organisation + Influence national green skills development and training standards + Work on your terms with flexible, part-time hours + Collaborate with a skilled and passionate team + Access CPD, events, and a supportive environment for growth Ready to make your expertise count?
