Responsibilities Performs all duties related to color separation, image manipulation, and color proofing in a multi-channel fast-paced production environment. Manipulation and preparation of images for catalogue, internet, retail and collateral use. Execute color correction, masking, texture, retouching, and overall digital imaging. Execute image retouching as directed by the Creative Director. Prepare images for delivery to the Studio team. Meet all scheduled deadlines, review completed work before releasing project, and recognize the need for and request help. Maintain an organized image archive of all image assets. Requirements At least 6 years’ retouching experience in a studio environment. Strong and polished retouching skills – must possess a keen eye for aesthetics. Strong attention to detail, highly organized and able to manage multiple projects concurrently. Experienced in Photoshop Color Correction. Understanding of printing and pre-press specifications. Ability to complete work accurately in time-sensitive environment. Must exhibit excellent team/collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Expert knowledge of color theory.
