Minimum Requirements:
Must have 3 – 5 years’ experience in Retirement Home or Village Management Proven ability to manage a team of 4 staff members and a Maintenance Supervisor Experience in working with elderly residents essential Minimum age of 50 years required Knowledge of Finance and Budgeting advantageous Experience in Basic Maintenance and Facility Management essential Sectional Title knowledge required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required Contactable References required Salary Structure:
Monthly Salary Package up to R 20 000 negotiable based on experience (Only suitable candidates will be shortlisted and contacted within 14 days)
