Retirement Plan Sales Specialist, Workplace Wealth Solutions

Do you have a passion for the retirement plan business? Can you build collaborative relationships with Financial Advisors to provide solutions based on client needs? Are you effective at not only providing expert sales and product support but also identifying new business opportunities? We're looking for someone with these qualities who can:
• thrive on a team of home office-based, regionally aligned Retirement Plan Sales Specialists who provide expert sales support to Financial Advisors by leveraging your knowledge of the retirement industry and UBS retirement and financial wellness capabilities and tools
• respond to inquiries from Financial Advisors requesting support on client opportunities, UBS retirement services, recordkeeper capabilities and other retirement plan or financial wellness items
• proactively identify new sales or client deepening opportunities as you deliver support
• support Retirement Plan Consultants with partnering opportunities, sales presentations and RFPs to help close business in an effective and efficient manner
• deliver presentations to educate leadership and Financial Advisors on retirement opportunities and UBS capabilities as well as conduct proactive outreach in support of strategic business priorities and other initiatives
• execute sales tactics aligned with strategic business priorities; leverage firm and industry resources to identify sales opportunities, conduct proactive outreach in areas of greatest opportunity, and implement Financial Advisor book reviews
• participate in prospect/client meetings to help close new plan business or deepen client relationships through additional services
• track all activity leveraging sales CRM and other tools; participate in periodic business meetings to communicate impact and success stories
• collaborate effectively with retirement and financial wellness program management teams; provide feedback to program management and communicate accurate program information to Financial Advisors; provide feedback on program development initiatives, sales communications and marketing materials
• participate in education sessions with recordkeepers and other industry providers to deepen knowledge and identify ways to increase sales

• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $100000 to $130000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
