Duties: * The retirement business development and marketing specialist will focus on driving growth in retirement-related services and products; In this role your requirement will be a blend of strategic marketing, business development skills and a deep understanding of the retirement landscape * Work to expand the organization's presence in the retirement sector, build strategic partnerships and develop marketing strategies to attract and retain clients and report to leadership on your recommendations * Stay updated on industry trends and regulations * Collaborate with sales teams and product development teams to align marketing and sales strategies * Other duties as assigned by leadership
