Work you'll do As a Deloitte Consulting Retirement & Wealth Provider Solutions Specialist Master, you will help Retirement Service Providers gain competitive advantages. You will help them stand out in business strategy, sales and marketing, client service, product development, technology modernization, and business operations. + Lead and deliver large, complex transformation projects in the retirement and wealth sector. Manage cross-functional teams to achieve client goals and ensure project success. + Demonstrate technical expertise in both legacy and modern systems. Oversee integration, migration, and solution optimization to support evolving client needs and regulatory requirements. + Serve as a trusted advisor and main contact for clients. Build strong relationships and understand business challenges. Deliver tailored solutions that match client strategy. + Coordinate closely with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements. Validate deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. + Work with solution architects and technical leads to design, review, and implement strong, scalable technology solutions. Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with client goals. + Champion Agile methodologies and best practices. Guide teams through Agile transformation. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptive planning. + Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries to client management and Deloitte leadership. + Mentor and develop high-performing teams, providing technical guidance, and coaching. Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree + Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the financial services industry, preferably with hands-on experience with retirement products and services and familiarity with current retirement market trends. + Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Preferred Qualifications: + External strategy and management consulting experience + 2+ years of business development experience in related specialty areas (e.g., proposal development, sales, etc.) The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,200 to $265,600. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
