Retail Vendor Manager III

This division includes business, product, program, operational, data, vendor management and software engineering teams, who together manage the lifecycle of returned and damaged products. + In this role, you will manage portions of the category P&L and develop plans that drive revenue and margin improvements for the business. You will work with internal teams to research and resolve customer or seller issues and build foundational SOPs to streamline and automate communication. You will use data and visualizations to analyze the Resale business and summarize insights in support of weekly and monthly business reviews. **Basic Qualifications** + 3+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience + Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field + Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) + Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) + Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Top 3 must-have hard skills** + Excellent communication + Data analysis + Data visualization **Preferred qualifications** + Academic projects or internship experience in data analysis, supply chain, or procurement + Experience with financial analysis + Experience with SQL + Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams + Knowledge of reverse logistics or recommerce operations **Required Skills:** + 3+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience + 3+ years of experience required **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
