ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Retail Training Manager for Cotton On Brands Globally, you’ll lead the design, delivery, and embedment of impactful, scalable training programs that elevate team performance and customer experience. Ensure retail teams are armed with the right skills, tools, and knowledge to excel—driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across markets.
Drive operational excellence in the execution of frameworks, identifying and closing gaps where neededDevelop and deliver job-specific training (e.g., Customer Service, retail tech, wages, onboarding, and “how we do retail”). Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and dataAct as the key contact for retail training across markets, supporting the rollout and embedding of learning programs

You always find a way to get things done while keeping it simple and focused on the bigger picture. Your attention to detail allows you to juggle multiple tasks with ease and you’re comfortable using the latest tech to keep everything running smoothly. Building strong relationships across teams and approaching problems with genuine care comes naturally - retail experience is a big bonus!
