**π―** **What Youβll Do**
As a Retail Shift Lead, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations β guiding our front-line team and ensuring that every guest has a world-class experience. Youβll wear many hats, from motivating your team to handling high-volume crowds with confidence and care. πΌπͺ
**Key Responsibilities:**
ποΈ Oversee all guest-facing departments during your shift β Admissions, Attractions, Food & Beverage, and Retail
π₯ Delegate daily tasks and support team members to deliver βguest-obsessedβ service
π Lead by example to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment
π¬ Manage guest flow, resolve issues, and communicate with cross-functional teams
π Train team members on ride safety, retail standards, food safety, and more
π Coach team performance and support employee development
π§Ύ Assist with inventory, stocking, scheduling, and team engagement when not duty managing

** **What Weβre Looking For**
βοΈ High school diploma or GED required
βοΈ 6+ months of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, or service industries preferred
βοΈ Outgoing, fun, and passionate about delivering top-tier service to kids and families π§π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦
βοΈ Strong communication and leadership skills
βοΈ Comfortable training and mentoring team members
βοΈ Able to remain calm and collected in fast-paced environments
βοΈ Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays ππ
βοΈ Ability to move around the attraction and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

π Must be able to obtain any required certifications
