**Responsibilities:**
Assist the Director of Retail and E-commerce to plan the retail market, formulate the overall retail strategy plan, formulate targeted and innovative retail promotion strategies, and support the healthy and sustainable development of the retail business to the greatest extent. According to the development trend of the retail industry, regularly evaluate various strategies, make improvement plans, continuously adjust and plan replicable models, help improve the overall efficiency and output of the organization, and support the long-term sustainable development of Abbott's retail business and promote compliance.
**Main responsibilities are as follows:**
+ Assist the Director of Retail and E-commerce to plan the retail market, formulate the overall retail strategy plan, formulate targeted and innovative retail promotion strategies, and support the healthy and sustainable development of the retail business to the greatest extent and promote compliance.
+ According to the development trend of the retail industry, regularly evaluate various strategies, make improvement plans, and predict business adjustments and sustainable development directions.
+ Cooperate with the Retail Marketing Department to strengthen the implementation and supervision of market strategies in retail, and ensure the effective implementation of core market strategies in retail channels.
+ Formulate and manage project planning and execution of retail business, coordinate various functions inside and outside the department, and promote related project management work of retail business.
+ According to the company's development goals and the business needs of the sales team, we will carry out project establishment, SOP formulation, agreement management, project progress follow-up and other work for each project under the guidance of the retail strategy, conduct regular evaluation, and submit feasibility reports to the management.
+ According to the retail business needs and team management goals, we will continuously optimize the relevant processes of the retail team and continue to provide strong support for the sales team.
+ Timely summarize and share regional successful experiences, understand and learn from the excellent promotion ideas and experiences of other industries and other BUs, build a platform for sustainable innovation and replication for the retail business, and promote and apply it in the region.
+ Provide product sales analysis reports for each province, design and formulate various sales KPIs and follow-up support, communicate closely with the business team, marketing department and other support departments, understand and analyze the actual needs of the business, and focus on channel sales strategies.
+ Collect and integrate company and industry data, use company and public resources to collect data and information through multiple channels, use statistical software to analyze big data to improve resource utilization efficiency, write reports, and provide reference for leadership decision-making.
+ Maintain close communication with each product group of the marketing department, effectively communicate the marketing department's plans and corresponding work arrangements, promptly feedback regional market activities and market dynamics to the marketing department and provide suggestions and feedback on the work of the marketing department.
+ Assist in the reasonable allocation and optimization of retail budget management, ensure the effective use of the budget and support the long-term retail strategy, and make reasonable suggestions for adjusting the budget allocation and use to implement the plan.
+ Coordinate the daily operations of the retail team, cooperate with HR, finance and other functional departments, and formulate team recruitment, training, KPI assessment, budget allocation, staffing and other policies.
**Qualifications:**
+ Have leadership and influence, strong strategic thinking
+ Have good communication, planning and organizational skills
+ At least 4 years of retail pharmaceutical sales experience in the industry
+ Have good office software skills, such as Excel, PPT, Word, etc.
+ Fluent in Chinese and English oral and written communication
