Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Retail Supervisor to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

What will you do?Supervise retail team members and complete store operational needs by scheduling employees and following up on work resultsOpen and close retail locations as directed and maintain cleanliness and safety standards Assist retail management with the daily cash procedures and operationsMonitor store floor and assist with guests needs Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays

More about youPrevious cash handling experience and basic math skills requiredPrevious experience working with point of sale system requiredHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred
