Your role at Sephora:
The Manager, Sephora at Kohl's Retail plays a critical role in supporting the successful operation and growth of Sephora at Kohl's (S@K) stores. This position is responsible for driving key retail initiatives, enabling consistent execution of retail KPIs and standards, and providing support to store teams through training and policy. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize the client experience, drive sales, and maintain operational excellence within the S@K environment. 

Partnership Management Act as the key liaison between Sephora and Kohl’s retail teams to implement key strategies and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on retail dependencies to address impacts and ensure seamless execution. Design and optimize retail department processes associated with supporting Sephora @ Kohl’s and hold partners accountable to the process. Retail Strategy Support strategy development for growth initiatives by partnering with Director to design pilot, conduct comprehensive analysis of pilot results and assess impact and scalability. Lead growth initiative pilots by collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute pilot programs aimed at driving growth. Ensure Sephora at Kohl’s is integrated in broader Sephora Freestanding strategies by proactively aligning on problem statements, S@K nuances, and deliverables. Serve as an expert on S@K stores including client and BA experience to help proactively shape retail strategies Oversee Training Strategy and Execution Lead training strategy including key focuses and delivery vehicles. Consult with business partners on the most effective way to deliver content to ensure high engagement, and execution. Review all content, communication and training materials across the organization to ensure accuracy and relevance to the S@K environment. Prioritize efforts based on need, impact and resourcing. Oversee program delivery for Sephora at Kohl’s unique projects including intake, content development, and hindsighting. Program Management Drive and facilitate key retail meetings, including determining topics, sharing key recaps and coordinating next steps and action items Summarize and escalate issues to appropriate partners for resolution Embody a continuous improvement mindset and approach across all partnerships and processes. Identify gaps and opportunities in existing process and proactively collaborate with business partners to design solutions. Executive Updates and Visits Support retail content for executive presentations including key meetings and conferences Responsible for executive status updates summarizing retail performance, key initiatives and monthly progress Coordinate executive store visits ensuring store teams are prepared to host Sephora leaders

Ability to influence and lead within peer groups and cross-functional teams. High-level problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex problems and create actionable project plans. Proficient in MS Office

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $162,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.  Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.  Sephora offers a generous benefits package to full-time employees, which includes comprehensive health, dental and vision plans; a superior 401(k) plan, various paid time off programs; employee discount/perks; life insurance; disability insurance; flexible spending accounts; and an employee referral bonus program.
