**Retail Store Manager – Pools & Spas**
Our client is seeking a results-driven **Retail Store Manager** to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a high-performing team. This full-time, seasonal position is ideal for someone with experience in retail management, employee supervision, and pool/spa products. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and fostering a positive team environment.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement business strategies to grow store traffic and maximize profitability
+ Achieve sales targets by training, motivating, and mentoring the sales team
+ Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through exceptional service standards
+ Manage all aspects of store administration, ensuring compliance with company policies
+ Maintain a clean, organized store with strong visual merchandising standards
+ Analyze buying trends, customer feedback, and profit margins to inform decision-making
+ Generate and propose new ideas to expand market reach and boost revenue
+ Conduct regular performance reviews and identify team training and development needs
+ Address and resolve staff and customer issues professionally and promptly
+ Lead by example with strong performance, professionalism, and team spirit
+ Support other store management duties as assigned
**Skills & Experience:**
+ Proven experience as a retail manager, preferably in pools, spas, or seasonal/home leisure goods
+ Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
+ Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Highly organized with solid time-management skills
+ Ability to handle conflict resolution and build a positive team culture

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
