Sales Data Reporting & Consolidation (Retail)
Weekly/Monthly Sales & Trend Update (by stores and individual) Monitoring Competitors Sales and Activity Traffic Data Reporting and Management Voice of Clients (VOC) Reporting and Issue Updates Sales Incentive Data Update Monthly Sales Meeting Minute Ad hoc reportingIn-store Operations Support and Vendor Management (Retail)
Valuation Report Issuance Traffic Controller and related vendor Monthly Expenses and Payment voucher Temp. Staffs Operations Store e-mail group updateClient Related and Internal Communication (Retail)
Local/Oversea Selling Event and Pop-In Event and ad hoc event support Sales Trigger activity and expense monitoring Office cross-functional communication coordination Monthly Working Schedule file for Office & Stores update Monthly closing schedule of department store updateAdministrative and Operational support for Sales Director and Retail team
Required
University graduate with 5+ years experiences in Sales administrative work, preferably in luxury industry Prefer a person who is proactive and positive Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Good at both written and spoken English Very responsible, fast learner, team player, dedicated and enthusiastic to his/her jobPreferred
Experience in international luxury industry
