Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Retail Sportsbook and Simulcast Operations Manager to join our team at Gamewise in West Memphis, Arkansas. Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,300 - $92,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Oversee simulcast and sportsbook operations, ensuring signal integrity, accurate wagering systems, and compliance with content agreements and regulations Monitor KPIs and financial performance, assist with budgeting, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and operational efficiency Coach and mentor team members, support guest issue resolution, and promote a positive, service-oriented environment Track and resolve system issues, manage product updates, and collaborate with marketing and mobile teams to drive omni-channel engagement Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to recommend content and operational enhancements 

More about youMinimum of 2 years of experience in retail or mobile sportsbook management; simulcast and pari-mutuel experience preferred   Strong knowledge of sports, sports betting, simulcast, and pari-mutuel markets Data-driven with strong attention to detail Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Proficient in wagering systems, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance
