Responsibilities include:independently scheduling, coordinating, and providing oversight and guidance to ensure safe, timely, high-quality delivery and installation of all fixtures and equipment in multiple simultaneous retail construction projects including new stores, remodels, and special projects independently managing and coordinating multiple simultaneous paint and décor projects in existing stores, ensuring projects are started and completed on schedule and executed according to plans and specificationsinspecting and directing execution of décor and signage installations in multiple new stores, remodels, and special projects, ensuring compliance with plans and specificationsdetermining what cabinetry and millwork is required by plans and specifications and what additional cabinetry and fixtures may be needed for the most functional use of the retail space
