Position Summary – Retail Sales Specialist
This isn't just retail-it's tech sales with purpose. You'll engage customers, solve problems, and recommend solutions that help power their lives. You'll also coordinate services like battery installation and device repair, while working closely with in-house technicians. If you've thrived in fast-paced environments like food service or hospitality-especially in leadership or shift lead roles-you'll feel right at home here. Success in this role comes from a mix of sales performance, curiosity about technology, and a customer-first attitude.

Pay Range:

Training Guarantee: Up to $19.00/hr minimum during the first 3 months

Post-Training Pay: $19.00–$22.50+/hr (top performers can exceed $23/hr)

Pay includes base hourly rate, weekend differential, and uncapped sales incentives

What You'll Do:

Create positive customer experiences by listening and offering the right tech-powered solutions

Drive sales by creating quotes, recommending products, and promoting services

Partner with our repair technicians to schedule and coordinate services

Keep the store organized, stocked, and running smoothly

Engage in ongoing training and development for advancement

What We're Looking For:

A passion for technology and learning new skills

A drive to help people and succeed in a fast-paced environment

A responsible, team-oriented mindset with strong follow-through

Experience in fast-paced roles such as food service, hospitality, or retail is highly valued-especially if you've led shifts or trained others

Availability to work 5 shifts per week (40 hours), including weekend shifts

Flexible scheduling availability

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Basic math and tech comfort

Must be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Bonus Points For:

Prior sales or customer service experience (2+ years preferred)

Background in automotive or electronics
