区域策略及资源整合
1.评估区域推广活动的有效性,并在必要时提供修改建议与意见 。
2. 加强区域市场活动的资源整合及协作,最大化资源投入的效能。
跨部门沟通协调
1. 促进跨职能部门之间的沟通、协调,最大化组织间的效能以确保市场策略得到充分的执行 。
2. 负责和大区销售经理等一起规划、协调和跟进当地市场活动。
3.完成月度区域市场汇报,并及时跟踪市场数据,洞察市场情况。
工作要求和胜任能力:
1.本科及以上学历,医科及相关学科背景者优先。
2.市场管理经验和客户管理经验需: 2年以上医药推广或市场。
