The ideal candidate will have integral in ensuring that all relevant business and store activities are coherently integrated into our planning and decision-making processes. Utilise your data and analytical knowledge to help the business deliver its commercial targets! **Core Responsibilities** + Attend and contribute to weekly and monthly meetings with LEGO Retail China, and internal demand planning teams. + Prepare for and actively participate in novelty plan meetings, demand review meetings, Direct to Customer (D2C) integrated planning meetings, and marketing monthly review meetings. + Develop and maintain forecasting KPIs, conducting business performance analyses as necessary. + Plan monthly rolling forecast at the item level for Core & Merchandise. + Prepare for store input meetings and demand review meetings, ensuring all necessary data and materials are ready. + Project and report on metrics such as footfall, conversion rate and average transition value. + Update and maintain data for various tools and systems, including novelty tools, CSP, etc. + Conduct ad-hoc analyses and offer cross-functional support as needed. + Handle all related system duties and responsibilities **Play your part in our team succeeding** **Retail Planning Manager** is responsible for forecasting and managing consumer sales & inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels across retail locations under LEGO Retail. This role is pivotal in balancing product availability and minimizing excess inventory, with a focus on data-driven forecasting, collaborative planning, and inventory optimization. Working closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and purchasing teams, the **Retail Planning Manager** ensures products are available to meet customer demand while supporting business profitability. **Do you have what it takes?** + Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred + 8+ years experiences manager role in demand planning or related industry. + Proven experience in demand planning or a related role. + Strong analytical abilities and experience with forecasting. + Excellent communication skills and proficiency in collaboration. + Knowledge of supply chain processes and systems such as O9. + Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software. **Nice to have:** + Project Management Certification + Data Analytics Certification such as Tableau, PowerBI) + Lean or Six Sigma Certification Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
