零售患者解决方案负责人,负责制定和实施零售渠道患者解决方案的战略规划,协同内外部伙伴建立跨产品组合、全渠道业务模式,在高合规标准下推进和执行创新的患者解决方案,通过多元化的资源整合助力业务发展,推动患者全生命周期健康管理。
岗位主要职责:
基于深入数据分析和零售客户洞察,制定和实施零售渠道患者解决方案的战略规划,设计创新性解决方案,优化用户体验和满意度。联动市场、医学事务、数字化等多部门,整合内外部资源/平台,设计开展适用于零售业态发展、跨疾病领域、全渠道的创新项目模式,建立可持续的患者服务生态体系。通过与患者组织、学协会、媒体、其他社会组织的密切合作,探索零售患者健康管理新模式,帮助连锁完善患者管理,提升患者服务水平。制定全渠道教育战略,充分利用内外部资源/平台,提升抗生素、偏头痛等领域疾病认知,强化科学合理用药观念。主导患者服务项目的设计、实施及效果评估,与数据分析团队合作,建立项目进展监测系统以评估项目效果。监督项目预算及资源分配,确保高效推进并达成关键指标。带领培训团队赋能内外部团队,提升产品知识认知、客户沟通及团队管理能力等,提高患者服务水平。按照公司政策和SOP、辉瑞的价值观和监管准则,合规开展所有项目和活动。识别项目执行中的潜在风险并提出应对方案,持续的合规监测以确保整个组织的合规标准。领导并培养团队成员,提升团队在零售患者服务领域的专业能力。任职条件:
战略、金融、营销或类似领域的学士/硕士学位。8年以上医药行业市场营销、战略、商业计划方面的工作经验。具备跨文化有效工作的能力,以及在新的和不熟悉的情况下迅速交付成果的敏捷性。在成长型和成熟型品牌的业务经验和知识方面有良好的记录。具有大型项目管理经验和影响能力的良好记录。对中国医药行业和市场动态有良好的了解。具有全局视野和思维方式。非常流利的英语书面和口头交流。具备良好的沟通,计划及组织能力,以及与内部和外部的管理人员互动的能力。Retail Patient Solution Lead
JOB SUMMARY:
Retail Patient Solution Lead is responsible for formulating and implementing the strategic plan for patient solutions in the retail channel, collaborating internal and external stakeholders to establish cross-product portfolio and omni-channel service models, promoting and executing innovative patient solution plans under high compliance standards, and helping business development through diversified resource integration and promoting the health management of patients throughout the life cycle.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement strategic planning for retail channel patient solutions based on in-depth data analytics and retail customer insights, design innovative solutions, and optimize user experience and satisfaction.Cooperate with MKT, MED, Digital and other teams and integrate internal and external resources/platforms to design and carry out innovative project models suitable for retail development, cross-disease portfolio, and omni-channel, to establish a sustainable patient service ecosystem.Foster partnership with patient organizations, academic associations, the media, and other social organizations, explore new models of retail patient health management, to help retailing chains improve patient management and services.Develop omni-channel education strategies and make full use of internal and external resources/platforms, improve the awareness of diseases in the fields of antibiotics and migraine, and strengthen the concept of scientific and rational drug use.Lead the design, implementation and effectiveness evaluation of patient service projects, work with the data analysis team, and establish a project progress monitoring system to evaluate the effectiveness of programs. Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient progress and achievement of key indicators (KPIs).Lead the training team to empower internal and external teams, improve product knowledge awareness, customer communication and team management capabilities, and improve patient service capabilities.Ensure all projects and activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and SOPs, Pfizer's values and regulatory guidelines. Identify potential risks in project execution and propose countermeasures, and conduct continuous compliance monitoring to ensure compliance standards across the organization.Lead and develop team members to enhance their expertise in retail patient services.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors/Master’s degree in strategy, finance, marketing, or similar field.8+ years’ work experience in marketing, strategy, and business planning in the pharmaceutical industry.Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and the agility to deliver results quickly in new and unfamiliar situations.Proven track record of business experiences and know-hows for growth and mature brands.Proven track record of mega-project management experiences with influencing skills.Good understanding of China pharmaceutical industry and market dynamic.Global view and mindset.
