As a Design Consultant of Framebridge you will:

Offer exceptional customer service and represent the brand in our retail storesApply excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with our customersDemonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customersInspect, photograph, and measure artwork utilizing Framebridge toolsAnswer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgmentOffer suggestions to innovate and improve our retail experienceAnything required to deliver our 100% happiness guaranteeWork a flexible schedule including  evenings and weekends that meet the needs of the business

Who you are:

Experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality roleAn engaging personality with strong interpersonal and communication skillsInterest in design and excitement to work in a creative environmentQuick and eager learner of new tools, products, and processesGreat time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience in clienteling outreach and Growing your business through customer relationshipWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Framebridge, in good faith, believes that the posted hourly range is accurate for this role at the time of posting. Framebridge may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications, and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future. In addition to the hourly rate, this role is also eligible to receive a cash bonus as part of the total compensation package.
