The LATAM Retail Ops Coordinatos is responsible for analyzing retail & network inventory data to optimize our retail strategy and drive business growth in our key business segments.
We are looking for a candidate with proficiency in data analysis tools, experience with retail strategy management and a strong business acumen.
Most of your work will be performed with commercial, marketing and finance leadership to steer our decision-making around wholesale and retail sales programs.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Support the FP&A Manager in the establishment of the Retail Operations’ practice at LATAM (governance, calendar, data gathering, reports, industry insights, etc.)Take an active role in Market Review meetings by providing the supporting presentation, trend analysis, insights and recommendations on the markets & products coveredDevelop and generate recurring reports on key performance indicators such as retail sales, network inventory turnover, market share, etc.Collaborate closely with the FP&A team in the preparation of retail programs’ forecastLead processes deployment and improvement related to sales programs: templates, reporting, internal reviews, program costing, approval package, system configuration.Support the FP&A and accounting teams in the improvement of the dealer payout process and associated controlsSupport the commercial & marketing team with ad-hoc data analysisRepresent the region in global process improvement projects and advocate for best practices in retail operations
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analytics, business intelligence or FP&A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics or a related fieldFluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a PLUSProficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI)Experience with retail management or inventory managementStrong written and verbal communication skills to present findingsAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and with management at all levelsHigh attention to details to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reportingCritical thinking and curiosity to dig for root causesStrong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insightsAbility to translate data findings into recommendations that impact business decisions
