Retail Operations Manager, TD Garden

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Retail Operations Manager to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day success of our retail operations by leading front-of-house and back-of-house union and non-union teams, supporting store-level execution, warehouse and concert operations, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $65,300 - $88,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Recruit, hire, train, and develop retail team members to ensure a high-performing and engaged teamProvide ongoing support and guidance to retail supervisors on operational execution and policy adherenceMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to sanitation, payroll, employment laws, and ADA and OSHA standardsOversee inventory processes, ensuring physical inventory accuracy and timely reportingMonitor and manage merchandise levels, ensuring alignment with approved programs and maintaining appropriate stock levels at the store level

More about youMinimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environmentAt least 1 year of experience in retail operations preferredProven ability to lead, train, and develop team membersProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical requirementsMust be able to lift at least 30 poundsFrequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking
