Retail Merchandiser Associate

Job Description: A major grocery store is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchandiser. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the presentation and availability of products in our store meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include restocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining cleanliness in designated areas.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Restock shelves with merchandise according to company standards and guidelines.
+ Ensure products are properly displayed and organized for easy customer access.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas, including aisles and display areas.
+ Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to management.
+ Assist customers with locating products and providing information as needed.
+ Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
+ Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
+ Flexibility to work early morning shifts, starting at 7:00 AM, until 3:00 PM.
+ Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
+ Must be reliable and punctual.
**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $18.50 per hour
