Overview A Retail Media Supervisor supports the delivery of high-quality campaign execution while ensuring technical excellence across platforms for a multimarket client. This role is both client-facing and operational, coordinating activation teams to guarantee platform compliance and golden rule adherence on Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Pacvue, Skai, and more. Responsibilities The key responsibilities include: Overseeing campaign implementation across retail media platforms and help coordinate the retail media specialists with the activation. Ensuring platform guidelines, campaign taxonomy, and SOPs are followed. Supporting with client service tasks. Acting as technical lead with activation teams to ensure seamless launches. Troubleshooting campaign issues and optimizing based on performance. Sharing the best technical practices across global teams. Staying up to date on platform innovations, beta features, and automation tools. Qualifications Qualifications Experience: 3–5 years hands-on with Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, Pacvue, Skai, Walmart Connect and other retail media platforms/marketplaces. Fluent in English (B2 or higher will be reviewed by the Talent team). Detail-oriented with strong technical and QA skills. Strong knowledge of campaign workflows, budgets, and optimizations. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Pacvue, Skai, Citrus Ad, or other advanced retail media tools. Familiarity with multi-market clients.
