Descripción del puesto A Retail Media Director is responsible for leading the full retail media and marketplace strategy for a global client across multiple markets and platforms such as Amazon Ads + DSP, Walmart, Criteo and more. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on strategic leadership and global governance. Responsabilidades The key responsibilities include: Leading the global retail media vision, aligning with client goals and market needs. Acting as the senior point of contact for the client’s retail media operation and working closely with the Global Client Lead for global objectives. Driving consistency, excellence, and innovation across retail media globally. Coordinating with regional and market leads to ensure proper implementation. Overseeing performance, planning, and long-term strategic opportunities. Partnering with cross-functional teams (tech, data, activation) to deliver integrated results. Keeping up with platform innovations and emerging commerce trends. Supervising and managing a team of retail media specialists. Cualificaciones Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in retail media, ecommerce and marketplaces management. Fluent in English (+B2 will be reviewed by the Talent team). Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient with Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP and marketplace commerce dynamics. Confident in leading global clients and multi-market teams. Ability of using Microsoft Office for various tasks (Excel, Power point…). Preferred Qualifications Experience with cross-market retail media strategy and platform innovation. Familiarity with global media processes, taxonomy, and cross-team integration.
