For more information, visit www.performics.com/es . **Overview** A Retail Media Data & Tech Specialist is responsible for managing data, technology, and reporting infrastructure across a global retail media operation. This person plays a critical role in defining tech-enabled processes, building reporting frameworks, managing campaign taxonomy, and leading platform integration efforts. A key focus will be Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), along with the operational coordination of campaign workflows, insights, and measurement solutions across multiple retail platforms. **Responsibilities** **The key responsibilities include:** 1. Leading AMC data queries and building audience, media, and conversion insights. 2. Coordinating the taxonomy and data structure across markets and platforms. 3. Scoping dashboard needs and developing reporting infrastructure in collaboration with data teams. 4. Managing campaign naming conventions, tracking set-up, and workflow tech. 5. Ensuring global consistency and data quality in performance measurement and media optimization logic. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** + Experience: 2–3 years in retail media, ad tech, or marketing analytics roles. + Fluent in English (B2+ will be reviewed by the Talent team). + Strong understanding of Amazon Marketing Cloud and experience running SQL queries. + Skilled in campaign tracking, taxonomy, and retail media reporting processes. + Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with Amazon Ads, DSP, Walmart Connect, Skai, or Pacvue. + Familiarity with data integration and workflow automation in digital media operations. + Exposure to global media operations and multi-market retail structures. + Strong data-driven mindset and ability to translate data into actionable strategies. **Additional information** **Why join us?
