Through diligent work and optimal fun, you will strive to achieve the financial targets, achieve ultimate guest satisfaction, as well as lead and develop your team. Further responsibilities include: + Ensuring efficient operation of the store both in person and online to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI’s, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels and labour control. + Lead and develop the retail team to achieve optimal results through coaching and mentoring. Ensuring training and development plans in place to ensure optimal team moral + Demonstrates strong service and sales approach, driving revenue through leading by example to maximise up-sells, product knowledge and guest excellence + Adhere to strong brand guidelines + Ensure Heath, Safety & Security standards are maintained to company and local regulatory requirements in all areas operations: daily operations, incident management, and manual handling **About You** You are a highly self–motivated leader with proven success managing/supervising a commercial team. Passion for providing excellent experiences to our guests is critical. This combined with your excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organisational skills will be vital in meeting service delivery expectations and getting the most out of your team. You will also be flexible in your approach to a working roster, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events.
