Plan MD strategies and manage leasing operations for retail shopping malls and arcadesHandle leasing activities for street-level retail (road shops)Develop planning and leasing marketing strategies for commercial propertiesPrepare project introduction and presentation materials

About you

5 to 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate or retail leasingHands-on experience in leasing for various types of commercial properties such as road shops, shopping malls, and office arcadesProven track record in MD planning and execution for commercial spacesExperience in managing tenant relations and operations in retail facilities (e.g., shopping malls, department stores, or other commercial venues)Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for professional presentation creationHigh interest in retail trends and strong communication and interpersonal skills
