Product Portfolio & Demand Alignment

Collaborate with product and sales teams to align portfolios with consumer demand and market dynamics.Evaluate product lifecycle performance to drive decisions on new launches, promotions, or discontinuations.

Supply Chain & Inventory Analytics

Monitor and optimize inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstock scenarios through precise forecasting.Analyze supply chain metrics, including lead times and service levels, to improve operational efficiency and agility.

Business Case Development & Implementation Leadership

Develop comprehensive business cases for strategic initiatives, integrating financial, market, and operational analyses.Lead project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with company objectives.

Advanced Data Analytics & Tool Development

Utilize tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, and SQL to create predictive models, dashboards, and scenario simulations.Build and refine analytical frameworks for continuous decision-making and performance improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management

Serve as the key connection between sales, supply chain, and retail operations, fostering alignment and accountability.Lead cross-functional initiatives to address challenges and achieve strategic goals efficiently.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in retail analytics, supply chain, or demand planning roles with demonstrated project leadership.Advanced expertise in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Proven experience in developing business cases and leading projects from ideation to implementation.
