**Role purpose:**
The Retail Incentive Specialist will be the operational owner of our frontline incentive schemes, ensuring governance, accuracy, and timely delivery. They will partner with local market leadership to set targets, manage approvals, and oversee the accurate calculation and payment of incentives. A key focus will be migrating incentive administration to Workday to reduce manual work and improve governance.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Act as the first point of contact for all operational and governance matters relating to the Retail Incentive scheme.
+ Coordinate with local country leaders to ensure incentive targets are set, reviewed, and approved (final approval with local MDs).
+ Lead the project to implement Workday incentive functionality, reducing manual administration for local leadership and finance teams.
+ Manage accurate incentive calculations and validation processes.
+ Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes relating to incentives.
+ Partner with Reward, Finance, and HRIS teams to drive continuous improvement in scheme efficiency and compliance.
+ Maintain incentive process documentation and governance controls.
**Skills & experience:**
+ Experience managing or administering sales/retail incentive plans.
+ Strong understanding of incentive governance, compliance, and data accuracy principles.
+ Proficiency in HRIS systems, ideally Workday, and advanced Excel.
+ Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple countries and cultures.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and anomalies in data.
