We’re looking for a data-driven problem solver who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. The Retail Field Analyst will be a strategic business partner-not just crunching numbers, but driving insights that shape decisions for both internal teams and external clients. This role demands a sharp analytical mindset, strong critical thinking, and the ability to communicate findings in a clear, actionable way.
You’ll dive deep into diverse data sets-from coverage models and GIS-driven market analysis to financial performance and ROI tracking—building the connections that reveal what matters most. The ideal candidate has advanced Excel expertise, a strong grasp of analytics, and the curiosity to ask why until the story behind the numbers emerges.
Pay: $65,000 + annually based on experience

Job Description:
Analyze diverse data sets (coverage, GIS, financial, ROI, correlation analysis) to surface key insights that drive business decisions.
Act as a strategic advisor to both internal leaders and external partners, translating data into business recommendations.
Develop, automate, and enhance reporting dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and other BI tools.
Conduct competitive and market analysis to track trends, product launches, and shifts in retailer and brand strategies.
Provide deep-dive analysis into sales performance, consumer behavior, and ROI of retail activities.
Partner with field teams and training departments to ensure insights translate into real-world execution and ROI improvement.
Support ad-hoc research and strategic initiatives across multiple business units.
Present complex findings in a clear, compelling, and executive-ready manner.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategic research roles.
Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot modeling, data visualization, Power Query) and experience with large datasets.
Familiarity with GIS tools and spatial analysis preferred.
Strong critical thinking skills-able to connect disparate data points into a clear, logical story.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred, Tableau or Looker a plus).
Exposure to coding for analysis (Python, SQL, or R) is a plus.
Proven ability to build strong partnerships and influence stakeholders through insights.
Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for solving business problems with data.1-3 years of work experience in an analytics, strategy, or research-based role
