The Retail Facility & Store Projects Senior Specialist is responsible for the operational, maintenance and strategic management of the company’s retail spaces. The role oversees the end-to-end (E2E) management of Amplifon stores openings, from location scouting to construction activities, ensuring adherence to project budgets, assigned timelines, and company quality standards. The selected candidate will also be in charge for stores maintenance and tickets handling assuring excellent operation of existing stores. In addition, the role serves as the company’s Prevention Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Construction
Plan and organize construction activities, defining timelines, resources, and budgets managing. Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders (e.g. architects, construction suppliers, technicians, etc.) involved in store construction or relocation. Monitor work progress and resolve any technical or organizational issues to ensure store opening dates are met. Control construction site costs and propose corrective actions to maintain budget compliance. Manage and archive technical and administrative project documentation.Maintenance
Coordinate routine and extraordinary store maintenance (systems, furniture, consumables, etc.), monitoring and managing the dedicated budget. Oversee the ticketing platform for store requests and coordinate interventions in case of emergencies (electrical, plumbing, connectivity failures, etc.).Real Estate
Personally conduct site inspections and assessments to identify new store locations or, alternatively, coordinate and supervise agents tasked with scouting new sites, ensuring alignment with business directives. Oversees store lease negotiations, managed by specific supplier, with landlords or their representatives, securing favorable conditions consistent with company strategies and assigned budgets. Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual obligations in daily operations (rent and ancillary costs, including periodic adjustments). Periodically track contract deadlines, proactively managing renewals, revisions, or necessary actions. Ensure proper filing and updating of all contractual documentation.Prevention Advisor
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations by identifying and mitigating risks in retail environments and construction sites. Provide training and raise awareness among staff on safety protocols and prevention procedures. Participate in the CPPT (Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work), actively contributing to discussions and initiatives related to occupational health and safety.Skills required:
Previous experience in similar roles, within a multi-site retail environment. Strong skills in project, budget, and vendor management. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a team and coordinate resources effectively. Good knowledge of technical aspects related to electrical, plumbing, and IT infrastructure systems. Familiarity with key project management and ticketing tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Flemish, English, and French. Certified as a Level 2 Prevention Advisor.Top of Form
