What you’ll do

Provide and implement Digital projects in Retail stores to Support the brand strategy and improve customer experience. 
•    Develop and implement retail projects aligned with the brand identity, in collaboration with VF Group Retail, IT teams, and third-party companies
•    Propose innovative ideas by following global and local retail practices and trends
•    Create project timelines and budgets while monitoring progress and expenses
•    Conduct regular field visits to understand the needs of the stores
•    Visit similar and different industries to stay up to date with retail trends
•    Monitor the impact of projects on customer engagement and sales

Who you are

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business, Master Degree is a plus
•    Presentable and strong analytical thinking skills
•    Strong written, verbal communication skills& interpersonal skills both in Turkish and English
•    Multi-task management
•    Problem-solving & decision making
Results-driven and delivery-focused
