Now Hiring: Seasonal Retail Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location: Enola, PA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (40 hours/week) Start Date: September 29 Position Type: Seasonal – Open Enrollment Support About the Role Join our team as a Retail Customer Service Representative during the open enrollment period. You’ll be the first point of contact for individuals visiting our retail location, providing a welcoming experience and assisting with appointment scheduling and basic customer service needs. Key Responsibilities + Greet and assist walk-in and scheduled customers. + Schedule appointments via phone and in-person using probing questions to assess needs. + Answer basic inquiries about health plan options, appointment logistics, and general services. + Process member information and documentation. + Accept and process payments. + Collaborate with sales reps and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
