The Retail Credit and Insurance Specialist will serve as the company expert on retail insurance and planned maintenance programs. You’ll support store teams with tools, guidance, and frontline assistance to increase protection product adoption and enhance customer confidence. Your work will directly contribute to profitable growth, risk reduction, and superior customer experiences.

Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert on insurance and warranty offerings, assisting stores in quoting and presenting solutions that add value post-saleManage timely registration and documentation of insurance and warranty products, ensuring program complianceBuild and maintain tracking systems to monitor attachment rates, warranty conversions, and credit portfolio healthProvide frontline support for insurance quotes, claims, and maintenance agreements, helping sales teams close with confidenceCollaborate with OEMs and third-party providers to resolve claims and customer inquiries efficientlySupport collections efforts while maintaining positive customer relationshipsMonitor rental insurance coverage and program participationDrive a customer-first approach in every interaction, setting high standards for service excellenceWork cross-functionally to streamline credit limit increases and speed up sales approvalsManage revolving line of credit programs in partnership with third-party vendors to offer flexible financing options and reduce credit riskDevelop reports on credit portfolio performance and operational metricsEvaluate past due accounts and recommend payment plans aligned with customer financials and purchase history QualificationsRequired:
4+ years’ work related in credit, insurance, or related business and/or related military experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel Ability to handle and resolve interpersonal conflictAbility to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environmentAbility to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employeesAbility to travel up to 25% of the time and work flexible hoursExemplifies Titan Machinery’s Core ValuesKeen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
Preferred:
Associates Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
